Stop motion film-Elephant
With our budies we create a stop motion film using a program on our computers. In the film we had a animal that we chose and made out of some materials in class with a backround that suits the animal. We took 6 or more photos then used the program to create the movie. We then recoreded our voice of answer some questions then we put it all together.
Science Project-Can a apple complete a circuit
Aim-For our project we are trying to see if a apple can complete a circuit and if it does we want to know why and how the apple completes the circuit from the power box.We also want to identify
Materials-
– peeled apple
-normal apple
-peeler
-power box
-wires
Method-
1.peel apple (at home)
2.get normal apple(at home)
3.test peeled apple with circuit
4.test normal apple with circuit
5.record results
Observations-
The apple did complete the circuit after a couple tries but the voltage on the power box had to be turned up to 6 volts. Some rearranging had to be done with the wires and the volts for the power to get to through apple and in not the light but in the end our experiment worked.
Poetry-six room process
Today we did a lesson poetry and sound devises.
The process of the six room process starts off with room one which you think off a photograph or image that you think is amazing or interesting. Then in room 2 you think off the colors and lighting of the image and in room 3 you think off the sounds that can be or you think could be heard in the image. In room 4 you put down any questions you have about the image and in room 5 you put down the feelings you have about it.In room six you have to repeat a important bit of information 3 times. Then right a poem about what information you have written down.
This is the poem i have written using the information I wrote down.
The place was dark
The lighthouse stood as the rough waves hit the rocks
Grey and black devoured the area
The man stood wondering what was happening
then the wave hit
Goal reflection
I learnt from this lesson what sound devises truly are and how they are used in poetry. Most of this i already knew because i already did a lesson on it the year before.
Simultaneous reading challenge-recount
On the 27th of may everyone had the simultaneous reading day where we all read the same book around Australia and we created a poem as a activity for it in the classroom. We all headed down to the multi purpose room and got ready for David (one of our teachers) to read the book The brothers quibble. We sat in silence until the book was over and we had a talk about it.We soon headed up stairs and started working on our poems about a family member and i did it on my baby brother Hamish.
this is the poem about my brother named Hamish

Artwork Title: The eye
Description: What do you see? Describe the work of art. What is the medium? It is a drawing of an eye that looks like it is irritated and is red.It
Analysis: Describe the work according to the art elements and principles. Eg. Explain the type of line you see, describe the color, shape, texture and space.
The work of art was drawn using a end of a paint brush and looks like irritated eye with red lines to make it look like that and green as the rest of the eye because my favorite color is green. I didn’t add any other features to the peace.
Interpretation: Tell the story of what you were trying to achieve with your work of art. Why did you choose to create this work of art? Why did you choose this image to print?
I was trying to make it look like a irritated eye and and it green because that’s my favorite color.Iv’e always liked that part of the body for how complex it.
Judgment: Give your opinion of your final piece. Be sure to include a reason for your judgment.
I think it looks good and i put a bit of effort into it but i don’t think it was enough in the end. I think i could of added more things in the background to make it not as boring and to make it look better.
